Review the current policy that applies to Public, recruitment, and approved SEJAConSmart account use.
This policy explains how SEJAConSmart handles information submitted through the public SEJA Construction website, recruitment forms, and account-request flow, as well as information used by authorized company users after account approval.
Effective August 28, 2026The website displays company information, selected completed projects, deliberately selected public project photographs, current vacancy postings, hiring guidance, and contact details published by authorized SEJA personnel.
When you apply for a published vacancy, SEJA may collect your name, email address, contact number, current address, relevant work experience, skills and qualifications, the position you applied for, your résumé or CV, and an optional supporting PDF document.
Recruitment information is used only to receive, review, reevaluate, approve, reject, archive, or identify clearly abusive submissions related to SEJA hiring. Approval of a job application does not automatically create an employee account or project assignment.
When you request a SEJAConSmart account, the system may collect your name, email address, account-request history, Privacy Policy acceptance, and authorized reviewer decisions. If the request is approved, password creation is handled separately through a secure setup link; a password is not collected as part of the pending account request.
After an account is approved, information appropriate to the assigned role may be used for legitimate company operations such as account access, employee or client profile management, project assignment, attendance, payroll review, requests, reports, audit history, and system security. Access remains subject to server-side authorization and the responsibilities of the assigned role.
Résumés and supporting PDFs are stored in private server-side storage, not in browser local storage or IndexedDB. The files are served only through an authenticated, server-authorized review endpoint. They are not published as direct public file links.
The system may flag repeated submissions from the same email and position for reviewer attention and may temporarily block excessive submissions. A duplicate flag does not automatically mark earlier legitimate applications as spam.
Only completed projects deliberately selected for publication are shown. Public project images must come from approved, client-visible, non-archived progress evidence and must also be explicitly selected for the public post.
The website may store a small browser preference indicating whether Light or Dark Mode is selected. It is used only to remember the visual appearance on the current browser.
SEJA may retain recruitment submissions and approved account or system records for hiring review, legitimate company operations, project or payroll documentation, security, audit history, and applicable recordkeeping. Authorized users may use available profile or correction workflows for supported account information. For privacy questions or requests concerning information submitted through the public website or recruitment process, use the verified public contact information shown on the SEJA Construction homepage.
